I never thought I would see the day that I would see the end of my bellybutton! As my belly has expanded throughout my pregnancy, my innie kept turning out more and more, but it wasn't until the end of week 39 that the end (of my bellybutton and pregnancy) was in sight.

In case you can't tell, Caleb has not yet graced us with his presence. Unless there are some dramatic events today, we will be going in to be induced tomorrow 10/10/11 (Columbus Day) at 5:30 am!!! Even though this morning was my last morning to sleep in for a LONG time, I couldn't sleep because of the excitement!
Mom and Dad flew in to Houston on October 3, Caleb's due date. Dad left Wednesday morning without getting to see Caleb and Mom has extended her visit because she was supposed to leave tomorrow morning. While Dad was here, we went to Lupe Tortilla (to enjoy some "preety good food"
con funny menu), took pictures at the Houston Temple, looked up YouTube videos on how to bring on labor and tried almost all of the suggestions . . . minus castor oil.
We had our house inspected on Thursday and while the inspection was going on, Mom and I cleaned for three hours so I'd have less cleaning to do when we move in with a very new baby. Good news on the house: things seem to be going forward pretty smoothly! We should close on October 27th! New baby, new house . . . October is turning into a busy month.

Mom and I have gone to fabric stores and worked on projects (quilts, Christmas presents, Halloween costumes, etc) to keep busy during the waiting time in addition to going on walks. Friday, our walk ended up being about twice as long as we planned. We didn't turn on the street I thought we were going to turn on and ended up walking 3.4 miles in about 70 minutes. That sure brought on some contractions, just not strong enough to convince Caleb to enter the world!

| Caleb's Halloween costume! His little legs will just tuck up inside of the jack-o-lantern, he'll be so cute! |

Yesterday Allen and I went to the Senior PGA tour Insperity Cup at The Woodlands Country Club. It was fun! I'd never been to a golf tournament before and it was even better because of the "tent" we had access to. I forgot to get pictures of it, but we got free food and drinks as we sat at tables overlooking the 18th hole. We had at least five people stop us while walking on the course to ask if Allen brought me to try to walk the baby out of me. Now I know that I at least look 9 months pregnant. As of last week Caleb hadn't dropped yet and nobody believed I was 40 weeks along.

| The weather was perfect! Mid 80s, slightly overcast with a nice breeze. This group had a golfer with the last name Allen and someone else sponsored by Adams golf . . . I had to take a picture of Allen with them teeing off (hole 10 I believe) |
